8. Insertion of heading before section 8 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately before section 8 of that enactment of the following heading :—

“PART IV

GENERAL”.
