10. Establishment of the Sri Lanka Anti Doping Agency

(1)

There shall be established, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, an Agency which shall be called the Sri Lanka Anti Doping Agency (hereinafter referred to as

“the Agency”).

(2)

The Agency shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
