9. Insertion of a new heading in the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The following new heading is hereby inserted immediately above section 13 of the principal enactment: -

“PART IIIa

Constitution of the Board of Governors”.
