The Minister may from time to time, by Qrder published in the Gazette. certify for the purposes of this

Part of this Act, the countries that are parties to the 1988

United Nations Convention. A country in respect of which, ali Order made under this section is in force is hereinafter irt this Part of this Act, referred to as "a convention c,6untry" .
