2. Establish-ment of the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka,

There shall be established a Bureau which shall be called the “Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka”
(hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau ”) consisting of the persons who are shareholders thereof of the Bureau.
