5. Amendment of section 32 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 32 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section, by the repeal of all the words from “ the Board shall dismiss the application” to

“ may , if it is ”, and the substitution therefor of the following words “ the Board may, if it is”.
