4. Body corporate to ensure no conflict with the work of Ministry or Department of the Government or Provincial Council, etc.

The objects of the body corporate shall be carried out subject to necessary approvals under applicable written laws in such manner so as not to create any conflict between the work of the body corporate and any work being carried out simultaneously by any Ministry or Department of the

Government or of any Provincial Council, Local Authority or public Corporation.
