The Commissioner-General may delegate to the

Senior Deputy Commissioner-General, any Deputy

Commissioner-General,

Senior

Commissioner,

Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or an Assessor appointed or deemed to have been appointed under the

Inland Revenue Act, No. 10 of 2006, any of the functions or powers conferred upon him by this Act.
