25. Bo:ird to make rules

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(I)

The Board may make rules in respect of the courses of study to be provided for student officers by the

Staff College on the recommendation of the Commandant.

(2)

Every rule made under subsection (I) shall be appro\'ed by the Minister upon the making thereof. and shall be published in the' Gazette.
