4. Remaining portion of the service charge not to be refunded

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any law, the remaining portion of the service charge referred to in sub-paragraph (b) of subsection (6) of section 3, shall not be refunded.
