12. Amendment of section 80 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 80 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section as follows :—

(a)

by the re-numbering of paragraph (aa) of that subsection as paragraph (aaa) of that subsection ; and

(b)

by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :—

“(aa) Part III ;”.
