26. Amendment of the Schedule to the principal enactinent

The Schedule to the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No. 5 of 2001 is hereby further amended by the substitution for sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of item (xxviii) of that Schedule of the following :—

“(il)

a period, on or before June 30, 2002 from the appointed date, in the case of any person making only exempt supplies after completion of the project ; or”.
