6. Operator to furnish required information

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The operator of any aircraft or ship shall, when requested to do so by the Competent Authority, furnish to the

Competent Authority such information as is within the knowledge of that operator in regard to the passengers transported from Sri Lanka by that aircraft or ship as the

Competent Authority may require for the purposes of this Act.
