17. Statements to be furnished of collection

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

ICTAD shall furnish within thirty days after the last day of the year to which the collection of the Construction

Industry Guarantee Fund Levy relates, a statement containing such information as may be specified by the Secretary to the

Treasury.
