7. Operation of the provisions of this Part

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The amendments made to Part 11 and section 14 of the principal enactment by this Act shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into operation with effect from

January 15, 2009.
