22. Computation of damages

A finance lease may provide for the manner in which damages recoverable under this Act may be computed and such provision shall be enforceable between the lessor and the lessec, unless the damages so computed, would be substantially in excess of those provided under subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of section 20.
