8. Fund of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Fund of the Corporation shall consist of —

(a)

all sums of money lying to the credit of the trust on the day immediately preceding the commencement of this Act ; and

(b)

all sums of money that may accrue to the

Corporation after the commencement of this Act.
