17. Annual reports

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Board shall within six months of the end of each financial year submit to the Minister an annual report on the activities carried out by the Trust along with the audited accounts of the Trust for the year.

(2)

The Minister shall within three months from the date of receipt of the annual report, table such report along with the documents specified in subsection (1) in Parliament for its consideration.
