18. Amendment of section 34 of the principal enactment

Section 34 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (5) of that section by the substitution for the words and figures “provisions of subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4)”, of the words and figures “provisions of subsections (2), (3) and (4)”.
