3. Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

In the event of any inconsistency between the

Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.

Transfer of cases from the Court of

Appeal to the

High Court of a

Province.
