15. Officers and servants of the Board

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, the Board may appoint such other officers and servants as the Board considers necessary.
The Board may, from time to time, fix and alter the salaries and allowances of such officers and servants subject to any Govemmental circulars relating to the salary scales and allowances applicable to state owned companies.
Every officer or servant required by the Board to furnish security shall furnish security to the satisfaction of the Board for the due and faithful performance of his duties.
No director or officer or servant of the Corporation shall guarantee the repayment of any loan granted by the
Director
“ Director ” means a director of the Board; 26 Housing Development Finance Corporation of
Corporation to any other person.
