7. Amendment of section 34 of the principal enactment

Section 34 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words “or of an order made under this Act by a labour tribunal,” of the words “or of an order made under this Act by a labour tribunal, other than an order made on an application made under section 31B of this Act,”.
