4. Replacement of the heading appearing immediately before section 2

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading appearing immediately before section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new heading substituted therefor:—

“FORMULATION AND APPROVAL OF NATIONAL POLICY ON

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY”.
