23. Amendment of the Third Schedule to the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Third Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended in item (12) of that Schedule by the substitution for the word, figure and letter “section (1) (r)”

of the word, figures and letter “section 23(1) (q)”.
