47. Amendment of section 200 of the principal enactment

Section 200 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No. 19 of 2009 is hereby further amended by the addition, immediately after subsection (8) of that section, of the following new subsection :-

“(9) Any refund arising to any person, as provided for in this section, shall be credited directly to a bank account of such person.”.
