28. Amendment of the Second Schedule to the principal enactment

The Second Schedule of the principal enactment, as last amended by Act, No. 22 of 2011 is hereby further amended in paragraph (b) of item 3 of PART – B, by the substitution for the words and figures “commencing after

April 1, 2011”, of the words and figures “commencing on or after April 1, 2011”.
