7. Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 11 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (b) thereof and substitution therefor of the following:—

“(b) elect two members for appointment by the Minister to the Board and recommend the removal of any such member to the Minister ;”.
