10. Register of members

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Institute shall keep and maintain a register of members which shall include the details of every person who on the date immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act, was a member of the Institute and the details of every person hereinafter duly admitted as members of the Institute.

(2)

The register of members shall be divided into separate parts and each part shall be in respect of a different grade of membership to which the register relates and shall contain the names, addresses, contact details and qualifications and experiences of persons enrolled and registered in that grade.
