92. Rights of licensee

In the absence of any provision to the contrary in the licence contract, the licensee shall—

(a)

be entitled to do all or any of the acts referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and subsection (3)

of section 84 within the territory of Sri Lanka, without limitation as to time and through application of the patented invention ;

(b)

not be entitled to assign or transmit his rights under the licence contract or grant sub-licences to third parties.
