8. Right of appeal to the Supreme Court

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person aggrieved by an order made by the High

Court in any petition filed under seciton 7 of this Act, shall have a right of appeal to the Supreme Court against such order.
