5. the affairs of the Corporation

The affairs of the Corporation shall subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules inforce for the time being of Corporation, be administered by a Board of Management consisting of the Executive General Secretary of the
Corporation and such other office bearers as may be provided for by the rules of the Corporation and elected in accordance therewith.
