4. Management of the affairs of the Corporation

(1)

The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made under section 6, be administered by a Board of Management consisting of a

Director-General, Chairman and Finance Administrator, a

Secretary, an Assistant Secretary, a Treasurer, an Assistant

Treasurer and a Project Director and other members as may

Karuna Samadhi Organization (Incorporation)

be elected in accordance with the rules of the Corporation for a term of five years.

(2)

The first Board of Management of the Corporation shall be the Board of Management of the Organization holding office on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act who shall hold the office until a new Board of Management is appointed under the rules of this Act.
