(1)

The custody of all immovable property of the

Corporation shall, subject to the rules of the Corporation, be vested in the Board of Trustees of the Corporation in accordance with the rules of the Corporation.

(2)

‘She first Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the Executive Committee of the Association holding office on the date of commencement of this Act.
