5. Restriction on transfer of licence

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A licence issued under the provisions of this Act, and any rights, benefits or privileges under such licence, shall not be transferable or assignable to any other person and shall not be used for the benefit of any other person.
