3. Amendment of section 3 of the principal enactment

Section 3 of the principal enactment is hereby amend:
ed by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :—
“ (2) The commissioners may be paid re-muneration at such rates as may be deter-mined by the commissioners, with the appro-val of the Minister, in addition to such travel-ling allowances or other expenses as may be authorized to be paid to them, by regulations made under this Ordinance. ”,
