12. Payments into the Fund

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be paid into the Fund—

(a)

the initial payment made by the Government

;

(b)

such sums as may from time to time be voted by

Parliament

;

Maehanuwara Esala, Perahera Trust

. {c) any gifts or donations of money and the proceeds of sale of any gifts or donations in kind

; and

(d)

such income from investments or other receipts due to the Trust as may be determined by the Board.
