5. Management of the affairs of the Corporation

(1)

The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to other provisions of this Act and the rules made under section 6, be administered by a Board of Directors consisting of

Chairman, Managing Director, Director of Finance, Director of Administration, Director Operations, Director Planning and Director Legal, and a Secretary, Treasurer and another nine more members elected in accordance with such rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.

(2)

The founder member of the Foundation, Honourable

Minister Douglas Devanande, shall be the first Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Chairman shall be the Chief

Executive Officer of the Corporation.

(3)

The first Administrative Council of the Corporation shall consist of the members of the Board of Directors of the foundation holding office on the day immediately preceding the date commencement of this Act.
