Application in respect of an illegitimate child.
Where the application received by a Magistrate’s Court under subsection (1) of section 4 of this Act is in respect of an illegitimate child it shall be sufficient for the purpose of section 6 of the Maintenance Ordinance to prove that the person from whom recovery of maintenance is being sought has, within the twelve months next after the birth of the child to whom the application relates, paid money for its maintenance in pursuance of a requirement of the law applied by a court
