4. Amendment of section 19E of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 19E of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the definition of the expression “recognized university or institution”, by the substitution for the words

“any university or institution” of the words “any university or institution, or any institution affiliated to such university whether local or foreign”.
