14. Limit on liabilities of the Members

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No member of the Corporation shall be subjected to pay any membership fees in excess of the amount of subscription due to the Corporation, on account of repayment of loans and debts of the Corporation or for any other purpose.
