32. Restriction to carry on microfinance business

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No person other than a licensed microfinance company, a microfinance NGO or an institution exempted from the application of the provisions of this Act under section 2, shall carry on microfinance business.
