15. Offences under this Act to be tried summarily

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Every offence under this Act shall be triable summarily by a Magistrate having jurisdiction in the division of the place where the worker was last employed.
