19. Replacement of heading in Part VI of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading appearing in Part VI immediately before section 93 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading substituted therefor :–

“REGULATION OF THE RESERVES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS AND

PRESCRIBED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS”.
