6. of section 128 of the principal ‘enactment

Section 128 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the addition at the end of that subsection, of the following proviso :—
“Provided however that the extension of the validity of a driving licence to any other class or classes of motor vehicles shall be by way of issue of a new driving licence
‘in the form of a card covering such class or classes of motor vehicles, ”.
