5. Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 10 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No.10 of 2011, is further amended, by the repeal of the definition of expression “service” and substitution therefor of the following new definition:-

“ “service” includes any business of real estate and improvement thereon; and”.
