Section 13 of the principal enactment. is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by. the substitu-tion for paragraph (a) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :—
(a)
the responsible officer of any public office to transmit to the Director a copy of every annual report, state-ment of accounts or any other publication, whether printed or otherwise, and whether intended for sale or distributiori to the public or intended for cireula-
