5. Amendment of section 18 of the principal enactment

Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) thereof, by the substitution for the words “after having deducted the costs incurred in carrying out the audit.” of the words and figures “after having deducted the costs incurred in carrying out the audit and a sum of fifteen per centum of such fee which sum shall be credited to the Audit Fund established under section 37.”.
