5. Transitional. provisions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The manufacturers and importes of existing stocks of tobacco products shall be granted a grace period up to June 1, 2015, to comply with the provisions of section 34A.
