24. Issuing of the Landslides Risk Assessment Report etc.

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Landslide Risk Assessment Report or the

Geotechnical Stability Assessment Report shall be issued by the Institute on the request made by any person.

(2)

Where any relevant authority requests the Institute to monitor compliance of the report issued under subsection (1), the Institute shall monitor and report to such relevant authority the compliance of such report and issue a Certifi cate of Conformity.
