17. Amendment of the Schedule to the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(1)

in ‘FORM A’ of that Schedule, by the omission of all the words from “Given under the Seal of the

Bank”, to “General Manager of the Bank.”; and

(2)

in “FORM B’ of that Schedule, by the omission of all the words from “ Given under the Seal of the

Bank ”, to “ General Manager of the Bank.”.
